Co-Founder & CEO
Althea Grant is a dynamic and naturally talented professional speaker and keynote speaker, dedicated to helping others radically change their lives through speech. Drawing from personal experiences of overcoming systematic abuse and transforming adversity into a successful legal career and fulfilling life, she demonstrates that adversities are mere events in life and need not define us or shape our perspectives.
With extensive expertise in Family Law, Althea Grant is also an inspired coach. The journey as a speaker dates back to early childhood, reputedly starting to walk, cheekily talk at 6 or 8 months, and continuing to speak passionately ever since.
After a period of illness following a bereavement, Althea Grant sought ways to contribute more to the community. This led to attending a public speaking course in July 2012 at Andy Harrington’s Public Speakers University. At the end of the course, several attendees were chosen to demonstrate their newfound skills, and she was among them.
The rest, as they say, is history. Taking the stage to share Althea Grant’s story resulted in an overwhelming response, impressing Andy Harrington who immediately took her on as his first public speaking protégé. Within two months of completing the course, she was one of the speakers at the National Achievers Congress (NAC) at ExCel London, sharing the stage with notable figures such as Anthony Robbins, Donald Trump, Lord Sebastian Coe, and Andy Harrington.
2012, the year of the London Olympics, saw her as the warm-up act for Seb Coe. Since then, she has spoken on numerous stages in London and internationally, inspiring audiences with a powerful message of resilience and transformation.
